It was a special stay, the best I had before now. I loved big room with a large sofa, a balcony, separated bedroom, and very helpful and excellent staff. Location: the hotel was just next door to the historical centre of Madrid, and museums, tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and Retiro park. An authentic restaurant was an advantage.
That breakfast was missing.

The staff was friendly, and the room was clean with many amenities, including tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. The bathroom was spacious with many free toiletries provided.
